Credit Cards accepted are American Express, Visa, MasterCard, All reservation requests must have the first and last name of an adult. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT A ROOM. Valid ID (Identification) required upon check-in.

Bed type, smoking preference and other requests are noted but are not guaranteed and will be honored on a space-available basis. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy (except during the Holiday Season - see below).

There is a 40 day cancellation policy for Thanksgiving, Grand Illumination, and Christmas. You will receive a full refund if reservation is cancelled no later than 40 days prior to arrival. During the Holiday Season, the following minimum stays are required: Grand Illumination -- 3-night minimum for the Williamsburg Inn, Providence Hall, Colonial Houses -- Historic Lodging, the Williamsburg Lodge and the Woodlands Hotel and Suites. Christmas -- 3-night minimum for the Woodlands Hotel and Suites. 4-night minimum for the Williamsburg Inn, Providence Hall, Colonial Houses -- Historic Lodging, and the Williamsburg Lodge
